A spunky child actor turned passionate playwright who eventually evolved into the fierce director she is today. With her BFA from UCI and MFA from USC in Screenwriting, Rodes is determined to magnify the fierce female character in film.
Rachel Glago
Producer & Music Supervisor
Rachel is constantly creating stories and curating soundtracks to match them. She's on the projects team for an award-winning independent record label, Secretly Group. She's the Executive Director of the nonprofit organization MidWay Music Speaks and is a filmproducer, photographer, and designer in her free time.

Scott Summers
Executive Managing Partner
Scott, a narrative cinematographer, embodies the belief that story comes first. Scott believes in exercising empathy when working analyzing stories and works with directors to understand the motives and desires of ever character on screen. His leadership style stems from his time working professionally as a gaffer and a Camera operator. He strongly believes in elevating his creative partners in other departments as well so everyone can do their best work. Scott’s career started with great education from the American Film Institute where he found himself learning from the cinematographers who inspired his career choice. Soon after completing his education, Scott shot the Showtime Feature Film “Useless Humans.” Scott’s favorite hobby is trying everything once, but not getting great at any of it. He is a fine choice in partners for sitting down and discussing various philosophies with.

Lauren Selman

Lauren is a producer, actress and Emmy-nominated production manager. From working on the global production teams for The Oscars, The World Cup, The Olympics, FOX and Disney — give her a clipboard, a headset, access to a spreadsheet and she’ll help run the show. Give her a script and she’ll perform. She’s a founding member of Harness, TEDx speaker and all around Renaissance yes woman.

Sarah Larson

Originally from the Main Line in Pennsylvania, Sarah moved to Los Angeles from Chicago where she performed in numerous theatre productions, commercials, & indie films. Her fascination with interiors began as a child while exploring centuries old structures in Pennsylvania, expanded as an art student at the University of Richmond, and has been cultivated and informed by countless adventures and travels across the USA and abroad. A varied design background and management of interior renovations has helped Sarah to become well versed at executing cost effective possibilities while still holding a deep respect for each project's unique time period and style. She lives with her husband and three children in the Silverlake neighborhood of L.A.

Allison Rushton
Executive Managing Partner
Hailing from Prairie Village, Kansas, Allison moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and was soon accepted into the prestigious Directors Guild of America Training Program. Her first assignment was on the series finale of "ER," which garnered her an Emmy for being a member of the directing team. She joined the Guild in 2011 and has since worked on several high-profile projects, including "Scandal," "House," "WandaVision" and "Big Little Lies," the latter of which won the 2018 DGA award for Outstanding Achievement in Movies for Television and Miniseries. When she isn't working Allison enjoys reading, playing board games and exploring new places with her Great Dane.

Mackenzie Jeffrey
She Called Action
Mackenzie Jeffrey was born and raised in Southern CA before jetting off to Edinburgh, UK for 3 years in pursuit of a Business Finance degree. After a large shift in priorities Mackenzie returned to Los Angeles to pursue a degree in Gender and Sexuality studies at CSULB. She is the Producer for the She Called Action podcast and owns her own small business, Aiden Mac a luxury knitwear company.

Kevin Marshall

Kevin Marshall is an alum from USC's School of Cinematic Arts’ screenwriting program, and writes character-driven stories accessible to mainstream audiences that mix a love of pop culture with a firm, masculine style and a desire to make his characters’ dreams come true. His literary influences include Ernest Hemingway, Elmore Leonard, Quentin Tarantino, Woody Allen and Shane Black. His boxing drama, Golden Gloves, was packaged by ICP Partners. He was a finalist for the Universal Pictures Emerging Writers Fellowship for his action comedy, The Keepers of the Cup. In 2021, he adapted the novel The Mating Game for Scruffy Bots Entertainment. Previously, he was the writer’s assistant for Raging Bull screenwriter Mardik Martin and at the Fox Writers Studio.

From Florida to Los Angeles Cristen Coppen began the pursuit of her dream to inspire people through story telling at fifteen years old. She has acted in over 35 projects, with credits on Showtime, Amazon and Netflix. Her purpose in life is to use her creative gifts and empower women. Producing for 11 years now she has an award winning short under her belt and various feature films.
